Shipping Most items will be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 days for all items in stock to US addresses. You will be notified as soon as possible of any back-order items and their approximate availablity date. Orders may take longer during the Christmas season. Standard shipping rates are as follows:
Orders between $0 - $50: $5.50 shipping Orders between $50.01 - $100: $12.50 shipping Orders between $100.01 - $150: $18.50 shipping Orders between $150.01 - $200: $24.50 shipping Orders between $200.01 - $250: $29.50 shipping Orders between $250.01 and over: $34.50 shipping

Returns If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We offer a full guarantee on pieces that we sell to be free from defect or printing errors. Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the item for exchange or refund. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. ASU items can be returned for exchange or store credit only (no cash refunds). Please ship all items back to us using your carrier of choice: We recommend using a form of traceable delivery. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect the replacement of an item within twelve to fourteen days of our receiving your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Without your order receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item(s) you are returning.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax on all items delivered in the state of North Carolina. This sales tax will be automatically added to your bill when you check out.
Damaged Packages Damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please call your local UPS office if damages occur. They will in turn contact us, and we will work with them in order to replace your damaged goods. |
